The Finance Department is responsible for the control of all financial activities of the city, including the collection and disbursement of funds and ensuring that adequate resources are available. 

The Finance Department is responsible for Budgets & Audits, Business Licenses, Dog Licenses, Garage Sale Permits and Utility Billing Services. 

City Treasurer
The City Council has delegated management authority and responsibility for implementing the investment policy to the Finance Director, who will establish written procedures for the operation of the investment program consistent with this investment policy and the requirements of applicable laws.
