The Emergency Operations Center
The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) houses the Incident Management Team, and is designated for managing emergency disasters. The center provides a centralized location for the five functional sections of the Incident Management Team:
- Command
- Finance
- Logistics

The Incident Management Team has the following responsibilities:
- Allocating and coordinating resources
- Providing for incident communication coordination
- Directing the overall emergency response
